Fall Convention
November 7-9, 2008
A
Silent Auction will be held during the annual Indiana State
Festivals Association Fall Convention November 7-9, 2008 at the
Adam’s Mark Hotel, Indianapolis Airport. The Silent Auction is
a major fund-raiser for the association.
Please help support ISFA by donating items such
as a basket of goodies, overnight lodgings, trips, getaways,
golf games, sporting event tickets, etc. Each donation should
carry a minimum value of $50.00.
Auction
items will be on display and bids will open beginning Friday
night in the main ballroom of the convention and will end prior
to the dinner and scholarship pageant Saturday night. Please
complete the donation form and return it to Brenda Alexander by
Friday, October 24th so that we can compile a list of the items and include them in each attendee’s binder
they will receive upon checking in at the convention. The
items will also be posted on the website as they are received.
You may
bring your item(s) with you on Friday prior to 5:00 pm or ship
them to Debbie Dunbar, see shipping information below.
If you
have items that you would like to donate as door prizes for our
closing session on Sunday, please contact Debbie Dunbar at info@indianafestivals.org.
