Convention Program

Each registered convention attendee will receive a three-ring notebook binder that will include
a variety of valuable information. This notebook will be a great tool for each attendee to use
during the convention and as a resource and reference guide to use throughout the year.  
The binder will also allow for speaker handouts to be inserted after each session.
Convention information in the notebook includes but is not limited to:

            ~ Convention Agenda
            ~ Friday Showcase Entertainment Schedule
            ~ Educational Sessions
            ~ Contact Information for: Board Members, Convention Attendees; Trade Show Marketplace
               Vendors, Speakers
            ~ Silent Auction Items
            ~ ISFA Information including Spring Workshop Dates; Membership benefits, etc.
            ~ Map of the convention
            ~ Extra pages for note taking
            ~ Convention post survey    

This notebook provides you the ideal opportunity to place your ad or message in a prime location 
that will be seen by every attendee as they use the notebook throughout the convention 
and as a long-lasting resource.      

Ad costs and sizes:  Full page ad:  $200   (Ad size: 7” w x 10” h)  Half page ad: $100 (Ad size 7" w x 5" h)
                                Quarter page ad: $50   (Ad size: 3.5” w x   5” h) Business Card size ad: $25                

2008 ISFA Scholarship Pageant Program

A separate program will be printed for the annual scholarship pageant Saturday night, November 8. 
All attendees of the dinner and pageant will receive a program book.  
The program will be a 5” x 7" multi-page book containing:
            ~ Pageant Program
            ~ List of past ISFA Queens
            ~ Judges & Emcee
            ~ Photos of each contestant, name, sponsoring festival and parents names
            ~ Score sheet for keeping score during the pageant

This is a great place to show your support for your festival queen, or promote your product
to over 200 captive family and guests.
Ad costs and sizes:  Full page ad:  $100   Ad size: 5” w x 7.75” h
                              Half page ad:  $ 50   Ad size: 5” w x 3.75” h 

All ads must be camera-ready and submitted in a .jpg or .pdf format if being emailed. 
Deadline for payment and delivery of ads is Friday, October 17, 2008.
