MDC Goldenrod is a faith based organization that provides residential and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The 12th Annual MDC Goldenrod Benefit Auction will open at noon on Friday, August 27 with an open house in which items for the auctions will be on display. There will be bake sale and specialty items that will be sold on Friday. The famous Project Promise Chicken BBQ will take place on Friday from 4:30 until 7:30 or sold out.
Saturday morning dawns with an Amish Haystack Breakfast at 7:00 and then the auctions begin at 9:00 am. Again there will be bake sale and specialty items for sale. There will be homemade ice cream to enjoy both Friday and Saturday.
