Rochester (Fulton County, North Region)

Pre-1840 time period event. French & Indian War, Rev. War, Voyageurs, Western Fur Trade and Chippeway Village. Foods cooked over wood fires, programs on stage - pre-1840 music and dance. Event named for the Redbud Trees along the Rippecanoe River. Everyone dressed in pre-1840 attire and set up in historic tents selling their wares from that time period or portraying the pre-1840 time period. Muzzleloading shoots, cannon firing demos, etc. Hours Sat. 10 am. - 5 p.m. Sun. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Museum and Round Barn open during the festival.
