Advertising Agreement

The Convention program will be a full-color publication stitched to a finished size of 5.5" x 8.5". This publication will be the official ISFA Convention and Festival Pageant program which will include a schedule of events, speaker & pageant bios, articles and more. The program will be distributed at the Indiana State Festival Association Convention on November 9-11, 2012.

Display Advertising

• Full page inside convention cover (5.5” x 8.5”) SOLD OUT
• Full page inside pageant cover (5.5” x 8.5”) SOLD OUT
• Full page black or color (5.5” x 8.5”) $125
• Half page black or color (5.5” x 4.25”) $100
• Quarter page black & color (2.75” x 4.25”) (Slightly bigger than a business card) $75
• Advertising total $0

Payment
Please fill out the contact information and check mark the appropriate advertising level and include the total amount in the line provided. Make checks payable to Indiana State Festival Association and mail to ISFA, Attn: Convention, 700 Walton Street, Rockville, IN 47872.

Ad Instructions
Deadline to reserve space, submit application and payment is October 19, 2012. Ads should be to the correct size purchased and hi resolution - minimum 300 dpi. PDF files are preferred. E-mail ad to bryan@sequencesports.com. Contact is Bryan Apolskis 317-490-4640.
